the location is utterly great, it is very central. the breakfast room turns into a restaurant, useful. i had lasagne on a recommendation from a staff member. it was good.
the street noise was high, and i could hear doors banging as guests came and went. the noise made sleeping difficult. i recommend better soundproofing.

the location was quite central (i guess), near tramlines.
The stairs to the hotel were narrow. This proved difficult with luggage. the room i got was small, as was the bathroom. i was also surprised that nobody was at the reception when i requested an early breakfast.

I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions! The reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They provided great recommendations! The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, offering welcome relief from the heat.
The stairs to reach the hotel were narrow, difficult with my suitcases. This was particularly challenging after a long day of travel.

the location was central (right beside dam square) so it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were really helpful and great. i could leave my bags early and check in later.
the hotel seemed a little dated, but it didn't really bother me.

the elevator fit four people, better than most elevators i have seen in europe. there was a coffee machine available in the room for coffee drinkers. a cute little lamp sat above each bed.

breakfast offered different food options and nice tea selections. there was an italian restaurant downstairs (pizza was surprisingly good). plenty of bars and food options were very close by.

all staff members were friendly and helpful. the front desk staff provided tips on ways to get around. they even ordered a taxi for me when i needed one.
